Quartz countertops in cement colors

Hi, we are doing a Major remodel on our kitchen. White shaker cabinets, hardwood floors, new ss appliances, etc. In our family I do all the cooking and my wife and father in law do all the cleaning. I cook like a hurricane. The cleaning cycle doesn’t always coincide closely with the cooking cycle so our countertops have some mess that can accumulate and then eventually be cleaned spotless But maybe not for a day. We are in love with Caesarstone rugged concrete but the reviews on houzz are troubling. But at the same time we are pretty low maintenance and it would take a lot for stains , prints, and markups to really bother us as long as we could get them nice before company comes over. Does our description make us poor candidates for matte finish concrete Quartz? How about Caesarstone 2003 polished concrete? Any other polished option that look like cement that anybody can recommend? Looking something without sparkles. The Silestone cemento looks nice but is Less attractive to us than the others. Dekton orix seems ok but is maybe a bit too loud for me. Let me know what you all think. Thank you!
