I have a 10x10 kitchen. The DS quote was double of the Waypoint quote. Does anyone have any experience with these cabinets? I'm remodeling kitchen and two small bathrooms 30 sq ft. 20k seems like a lot for the small size.

And was offered two designs from KD for my L-shaped kitchen that is 10x10.

One is a two stool pennisula up to 36 inches x 56 , that offers six drawers. But only sits two.

What is more desirable these days? Any pros and cons. I'm single but wanted to know if built in multi seating will help with resale in future.

I have a large light filled adjoining dining room, so seating will never be a problem. Kitchen is a bit dark.
