Hello all! I was wondering if anyone has ever used a herbicide around their blueberry bushes safely? I was just toiling in my large raised bed and had to remove so much grass that set in last fall. I felt like i was rolling up sod. I put down some fresh peat moss topping around each bush but im extremely worried the grass and weeds are going to be a huge problem this year. I do have pine wood mulch in the bed about 4 inches thick (not around the bases of the bushes but about 4 ft diameter circle with a bush in the middle topped with fresh peat moss) but the stinking grass/weeds are relentless! I have worked so hard over the years keeping my blueberries healthy and I dont want to see them squeezed out. I finally had a bumper crop last year but the bushes were nibbled by rabbits this winter :-(

I know. Im having all sorts of problems haha.
