I would use at least a 4 foot European height vanity. I would also consider a wall mounted vanity that will have the vanity off the floor, so it will make your bathroom appear to be larger. I would use a white vanity and a white quartz countertop with a white under mount rectangle sink. The reason, I am saying white, is because I think your tub is white. White bath fixtures always look current. You can accessorize with color when your bath is done. I would hang a framed mirror over the vanity. I think you can decide what light fixture you would love to look at each day and make your light fixture the same finish as your new vanity faucet. If your tub has chrome, by all means use chrome. Shiny chrome is a classic. Your goal is to keep the bathroom cohesive, timeless, and classic. I think it is going to be beautiful when it is done.
