My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Painting advice required

Hi Everybody,

We have a deck that's approx 10 years old it was never painted just sealed and now we want to stain it.

What is the correct procedure.

To sand everything,then apply 2 coats of stain and then a sealer. Also what brands would you recommend.
