I would put two panels on each of the composite windows (i.e. four panels in all, two between the window and fireplace, the other two on the adjoining walls), taking a midrange grey/greige from your sofa/carpet. But more importantly I'd replace those icy white blinds with a warm off-white, something that blends with the walls. The white wall sculpture is quite enough of that as a contrast to what looks like the warmth of everything else in the room.

I concur with Rina on the drapery panels, and I would also add low-profile cornices. Underneath, I'd recommend a woven wood shade that incorporates the wood tone from the ceiling. Nice room!

Replace the bright white blinds first. You may find that's enough to soften and warm the room.
