Please help save my echeveria!

I am new to gardening and succulents. I purchased this cassyz winter online about a week ago and was completely smitten. But just two days later, the bottom leaves have become thin and malleable on the edges and developed tiny indentations on the bottom. I know it's normal for bottom leaves to die, but I've already lost three and several more look bad, while just a few days ago they looked perfectly healthy, so I must be doing something wrong!

I repotted as soon as I received it with new soil (all soil was removed from the roots). It was a mix of cactus soil and perulite (seen in the adjacent pot in the first picture). I watered it until the soil was pretty wet and have kept it indoors on a south-facing windowsill. I only watered it once. I open the window for more light and airflow when it's not raining, and take it away from the window when the temperature drops below 40 at night. During the day it doesn't get above 70 at this time of year.

I'm not sure what I did wrong and how I need to fix it. The other succulents I purchased seem to be doing well, though they are considerable smaller.

Do these marks give away the problem? It's almost like scarring, but more of a wrinkling/ indentation without actually looking or feeling dried out. Do these marks look like there was too much water? Not enough? Is the soil or light bad? Please advise! Really don't want to lost this beautiful plant.

Hi there. I'm not certain, but my thought is that it may be the plant recovering from traveling and being repotted. I assume your pot has good drainage? Good luck!

you have a lot of expectations for a plant you got a week ago ... and came bare root ...

its stressed ... give it time to recover ...

the oldest leaves will always show stress firt .. i like to think they are being sacrificed for the whole ... in your last pic.. none of the second layer of leaves looks impacted.. and i take that as a good sign ...

i think you just need to give it a few weeks to settle in ... i would place it in bright but not direct sun until the roots settle [and perhaps dont open the window to give it stronger sun] .. and then move it to more sun ... and i would stop walking it all over the house.. lol ..

all that said.. im not sure you did anything wrong.. except worry too much .... try not to love it to death ...

it is stressed.. not hungry.. fert is not a response ...

btw ... i clean out a pail.. and wet my media ... for any purpose or type ... in advance ... so the media has time to suck up water .. and actually wet ...so that watering at planting is simply to settle the media .... and not worry about overwatering.. which i doubt you did ....

i do this now.. because prior.. i found that once the plant is in super dry media.. its hard to insure the media is actually wetting throughout ....

if.. the second set of leaves starts having a problem... i might think about repotting with dampened media ... but thats a few weeks away ..

It has a nickel-sized hole at the bottom. Is it normal for plants to do that after travel? I haven't experienced it before, but it would be awesome if I wasn't accidentally and slowly killing it!

If it were on the topmost leaves, you might have to worry. But often the lowermost are the oldest, and are often wrinkled before they dry out and fall.

It looks fine.
Next time, if you repot a plant completely (removing all old soil), then plant in dry soil and leave it be for a few days before watering...just to be safe.
