Hi, I have had a rather tall (1.6m) Bejamina Ficus indoors for a few years now. However, since last year, the leaves started to look unhealthy with whitish specks/dots and looking pale and slightly yellow. This is not only happening to the large full grown eaves but to budding leaves as well. It is quite difficult to describe the state of the leaves and hence I have attached a few photos. I spoke to the plant shop that sold me the ficus and their advice was to prune away all the unhealthy leaves which is what I did but the new leaves that come out are in the same unhealthy condition. Could anyone help me if this has to do with incorrect watering, need for flushing, need for fertilizer, repottinbg perhaps os is this some kind of bacteria/disease? Thank you so much.
