I would like to return a kitchen faucet only because my designer didn't allow enough room for clearance. It's after the 30 day return policy because that's how long it took to fabricate the counter top! Now Houzz says I can't return it? It is pristine and hasn't been used. Also, 30 days doesn't give near enough time in construction. I'm being penalized for being organized here. Anyone else have this experience with Houzz? What can I do?
