My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is that a natural gas heater? What brand and how much do these cost typically?

    Yes it is a gas heater. Most people find electric heaters more cost efficient and user friendly.

    How many watts is the heater? Will the people on the ends of the couch feel the heat?

    This is a gas heater. Gas heaters are rated in Btu.

    We did not supply it but from experience, I would say it is a SunPak 34K Bru heater.

    It's effective heat zone is approximately 10'x 10'.

    For windy locations we should discuss electric heaters.
