Weld joint snapped, making seating impossible. Threw it out and ordered another exact stool. Voids in joints happens, so I did nothing but throw the broken one, and order a new one.

Weld leg joint snapped...totally useless.

I am a woman who is 5'7" and 145 pounds. This is a kitchen stool. I am not able to stand due to Multiple Sclerosis. These stools are well cared for. I am able to adjust my height from counter to refrigerate. I like the stool, but, dealing with the absorbing the cost the second time, I"m asking for a refund.
