Hi! I am actually a Realtor and we always stress to go "neutral". With that being said, light greys and very light browns are now considered neutral with a little something extra. Also, you may just want to choose a white base with a brown/yellow undertone. I do like the blue, but would steer clear due to others personal preference. In other words: Neutralize :)

Revere Pewter is a nice color...It shows beige on the chip.I have used this one awhile back...on my walls it was a soft grey.lovely.

I love Jogging Path ( 5.3Y 8.1/0.8). It's warm taupe-y in sunlight and cooler grey in artificial light. It plays well with warm and cool accent colors.

The blue is too much, especially if you are trying to sell. Buyers need to be able to picture themselves living in your home and the blue is a statement, which is something you don't want to make when selling. You need to appeal to as many people as possible. Benjamin Moore Natural Linen is a great neutral and works well in so many spaces. Good luck with your sale!
