This teen/hall bath project has been planned in fits and starts and now I'm second guessing a choice made in haste. We are almost certainly going with a Corian Glacier White top for a long (104") double vanity (already put down the deposit but might not have been ordered yet). We really like the soild white matte finish and the feel of the Corian.

I placed order with integrated oval sinks and am second guessing that part. Our vanity will be with IKEA kitchen cabinets so 25" deep with overhang.

1) Fabricator recommended using Hi-Macs sink in Arctic White for cost savings over Corian sink. I switched back to Corian sink b/c the samples did not look exactly the same in our light at home + I was unsure how any warranty would work with mixed products. True?

2) Is an oval integrated sink kind of old-fashioned? Standard sink measures 18 width x 14 depth. My husband likes the idea of it all being one piece but I wonder if we should be looking for a larger undermount sink for better proportion with the deeper countertop. Maybe in a more modern square shape? Sink cabinets are 24". On a recent trip, I saw a pretty design with colored Corian over an undermount sink but will white Corian over white porcelain look too much like a mismatch of whites vs. just doing the integrated sink?

Disregard the linen closet in pic below. Also will have plain mirrors and side sconces instead of medicine cabinets shown. Opposite the vanity is a new Kohler Expanse tub by the window, then toilet alcove in the middle and linen closet by the door. Floor will be medium gray tile. Vanity will be IKEA Askersund light "wood" look.
