Matching dining table with dark Java cabinets

I have dark Java cabinets in my transitional kitchen. Will the rubbed black Torrence dining table from pier one match my kitchen or should I contrast the dark cabinets with the Mahogany finish? I have attached a picture that shows my Counter, Cabinet, and Floor options and the Torrence collection from Pier One.
