My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Aoenium that us super black.

I picked this up last year at the Dry Garden. Its the blackest version I've ever seen. As you can see,it has little reflection in sun...in light shade? It reminds me of that new black paint that absorbs 99.99% of light!
