Would like help identifying chair

Ended up getting this chair for free and am planning to reupholster/refinish. From initial googling it seems to be Spanish style but I haven't been able to narrow down on more specific style or dating. The interior is straw, horse hair (maybe?), cotton and burlap. The faux leather/vinyl is very brittle. Does anyone have an information on the style and when this style was manufactured?
