We want to expand our kitchen and in order to do so, we need to move the laundry. There are 2 viable locations (based on unused space and electrical/plumbing availability).

#1 - Upstairs closet. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, the master is downstairs. In the upstairs hallway, there is an oddly placed walk-in sized closet that doesn't connect to either bedroom. It would fit only a stackable unit and perhaps a base cabinet.

#2 - Garage. Sharing wall with master bath. Obviously there is much more room in the garage and it would not require a stackable unit.

What would you prefer in a home? Your laundry in the garage or upstairs in a closet (that would require a stackable). Thank
