Design Dilemma Using Houzz

Ideabooks disappeared

I spent about 2 hours creating 3 or 4 ideabooks today. I logged back in and the ideabooks are gone. I've logged out and logged back in several times. Only one ideabook that I created several days ago show up, but not the ones from today. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Ruth, Is is possible that you may have more than one account? Occasionally someone will accidentally sign up a second time and collect ideas in a separate account. If not, please shoot us a message through help.houzz.com and we can help troubleshoot. Thanks!
