i am a manager at a park we have a fishing lake that is filled with lilly pads was just wondering if

taking one of the lilly pad razer remover would work to remove them for good if we keep up on them and cut them as they grow would that kill the lilly roots for good?

do you have a better idea? if so pleas share any help will be appreciated greatly !
