I purchased Karma Fuchsiana and Karma Choc tubers by mail order. I notice when they arrived that some of the tubers were only attached to the stem by a tiny strand and they looked a bit the worse for wear. However, I potted them up over six weeks ago at the same time as my other dahlias. The others are all romping away, some over a foot tall, whereas the Karmas haven't produced even a hint of a sprout. They have a couple of roots though. Is it a lost cause? Should I ask for my money back???
