Do you want to use Houzz messaging to give me your mailing address, wcgypsy? I haven't used the messaging before, but think I have the settings correct to receive them. The seeds are just beginning to dry, but I like to allow them to get fully mature before collection. They should not be hybrids, as I didn't have any other Echiums blooming this spring and I am not aware of any others in the vicinity.

Hmmmm...I have not used Houzz messaging either, and thought that I would send you an SASBE and need your address....wow, thought we would be looking at some time a bit more into the future for the seeds...this is thrilling ! Will look for the messages section......

Oh, great! Glad they arrived safely. Sorry...I meant to send you an e-mail, but got distracted by the 4th holiday and have been rather lethargic from the recent heat. Went to the PO (no worries, not a special trip) to try to get the non-mechanical stamp and they insisted it wasn't needed, even though I was a bit nervous about that. Enjoy!

My echiums this year are all surprises...I did a lot of seed collecting...and not enough labeling.....so I have a small one in front that's purplish, never got large, the one I gave my neighbor ended up with two red sort of wildpretii-ish , the reds blew over rather early on, the lavender one (stout) reached her roof, blew over two weeks ago, I have one in front that had a frozen leader and so branched out weird, and then there's my big one in front that had a pink shoot very early, hated the pink and so whacked it off, the form is looking much like Mr. Happy and may be, waiting for it to bloom so I'll know whether or not to save seeds or whack.....I gave 8 plants away and have no idea what colors they will be...lol..
