Spending 50K + on a kid’s toy when kids are not small enough to use it for more than 15 minutes isn’t exactly going to add a plugged nickel to the value of anything. Or be used beyond the first 10 minute of novelty.

Really!!!! Thats what we used the railing for when I was a kid, probably not the best but we survived.

I saw this in a recent show home from the main floor to the basement. As a lawyer, all I could think was they better have parents of any of their kids’s friends signing waivers and a very good homeowners insurance policy.

Sadly, what Rai Kai says is true. People have been sued when the neighbor kid fell from a backyard swing!
