I am using it now. She is about 30 lbs. I started with half of the capsule twice a day 75 mg in am and 75 mg pm. Always on a full stomach. I did this for about 10 days then went to 1 capsule in the am 150 mg. and then 150 in the pm. She is been on it for about 5 months and it has shrunk everything. She did get a pop up now which I am going to have removed with freezing. But it works. She has had no new ones until now so I am going to try to increase dose by 75 mg. a day. I also have no information but it works. That is as high as I will go. She is almost 18 years old and also has kidney problems, so I am thankful for this pill.
