Background info: Germinated outdoors but are now kept under light indoors as Utah weather is completely bipolar and has been windy, dry, extremely hot, snowy, rainy, and all of the above all in one day for the past week.

More than half of them died this past week because the temperature has been so weird and I had to get them used to a light.

Four days ago a lot of them damped off because of an extreme amount of rain that got into where I had them, then they were fine.

I've planted basil before, with great success, and kept them alive all winter long. This year the weather has been crazy and have had to try growing with lights which I haven't done before.

Actual issue: Today I took them outside for two hours and they looked like this afterwards! Some are limpy, and others have their leaves completely shut. Why?!?!? After I saw them like this I brought them inside, placed them next to a windowsill, with the light, and sprayed water to keep the dirt moist. The weather was around 60, with a little bit of wind and cloudy. They haven't opened their leaves up and has me worried as I've seen them do something similar before but opened up as soon as they get warm again.

Now some look sad and limpy, and some have their leaves completely shut closed like how it is in the picture, and I don't know what else to do aside spraying them and keep them under the light.
