Show your floors. Floors are a fourth wall, which need to be taken into as much consideration as countertops, etc.

Floors are in the picture under the blue plate. They are a beige carpet. It will only be there until we redo the floors with hardwood.

Which pieces are staying? What color will be floor be after you redo them? Is the rug staying? All these factors affect color choices.

When are you planning on doing the flooring? Has all the furniture in the room been chosen? Paint should be the last element in a room. And since the flooring is changing it's too hard to give great advice so I'd wait until that is in before making a choice.
