Not entirely sure if this is a disease or like stress results that are temporary and should be left alone.

Aside from the slight ugliness of the look, I am noticing a dropping in buds falling off.

Let me show you and then explain ALL the stuff going on.

Ok so first, my location is so-cal, zone 10. These are both Black Prince tomato plants. Weather has been getting up to the 80s then dropping to 60s during the day time hours. At night its gone from 60 to 40 now. Like wise I live very close to my neighbors. And the place next door is now being worked on within the last month, churning up a lot of dust and dirt! It has cloaked my tomato plants a few days. I do my best to not get their leaves wet but sometimes my mom waters and so they do get wet. I have been feeding them a bloom food too. At first when I saw these types of leaves I would prune them off but, then I read this might also cause curling.

So, should I be worried and really prune these leaves off or let them be? Or something else entirely?
