treating boxwoods for leafminers

I was convinced that my boxwoods had blight..I've had them for years..no problems..but now ugliness..so today I took a bagful of clippings to my extension office..there were 3 people there looking at my samples..one breaks a leaf open and inside was a leafminer..ugh..has anyone successfully treated for leafminers?..
my clippings are being tested for blight..the 3 of them were uncertain about whether I have blight but all of us saw the leafminers..from a distance my boxwoods look normal but up close there's problems..
