I found this machine at a thrift store. The basic machine sews very well. I bought an installation and 2.5 upgrade on Ebay so that I could do the embroidering and was satisfied with the 2 CDs that I got. They worked but of course I wanted more. I then ordered add-ons that would give me more embroidery features. (Hyper-font, Autopunch, Cross-stitch, Editing I thought it would also arrive in CD form. What I got was a download sent to me by email. When I followed all the prompts to download and tried to open up the Futura program I got a message called "CD COPS" telling me to type in the access code. I HAVE NO ACCESS CODE. Is it possible for me to run this program without the code or the actual discs?? I have done as the seller requested and removed the first installation that I tried and only installed his but with no luck. He isn't responding to my messages. I am at my wits end. Does anyone have an answer for this??
