Today, I walked around my garden on a search for who's pipping. I saw the unknown in a pot ("landscape workers" lost the I.D. tag in pot), Blue Jay, Coconut Custard, the 2 new baby Silver Threads/Golden Needles, Ripple Effect, Marilyn Monroe, Hyuga, Virginia Reel, Royal Tiara, Raspberry Sundae, Autumn Frost, Remember Me, Rainbow's End, Hideout, Yellow Polka Dot Bikini, Appletini, Cracker Crumbs, Rainforest Sunrise, Pure Heart....and CAMEO!!! I dug around the hole I saw, very gingerly, and there were pips. My cries of joy brought my neighbor to the window. She was happy that Cameo had not ended up as a squirrel snack, too.
