I have spoken to a Daltile rep and believe they may be the same tile but that's not the end of the story. Unless there ia a large price difference go with Daltile. They are a respected and reliable company that stands behind their standards of quality. That customer service costs them money as well. Just make sure you are getting a real deal before you foregoe that and go with the generic supplier.

My husband puts a lot of Daltile in his commercial project and they were first choice for our bathroom re do at home. A lot of their tile is locally made.

Thanks so much for the information! There was no deal - I ordered and payed for the Daltile, and was sent these boxes of Charisma. We spoke to the store today, and they said it was Daltile, that Charisma manufacturers it for Daltile, and apologized for the confusion caused by the Charisma box. I'm still not real sure, feels a bit dodgy to me!

I just purchased some Charisma Noir linen tile. It is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!! The tile is thick, rich and luxurious. I am thrilled with the quality. Nice to know it is Daltile. I was so taken with the sumptuous look. Don't forget, the Chinese invented Porcelain some 5,000 years ago! :)
