Would appreciate input regarding dark honey onyx vanity top

Can't decide between using the dark section for top or light section of onyx slab. We will have a flat polish 1 1/2 " edge The dark section of the slab blends beautifully with the mosaic. We are using a white under mount rectangle sink with venetian bronze faucets and simple mirror to match sconces. Bronze schluter used to finish edge of mosaic. We are also up lighting the top. Floors are white with veining that matches the tones in the mosaic. Thanks for your help.............
