Cool room. You just need some art on the walls.

Rug, drapes, and a soft throw. Most definitely need art over your couch.

You not only need some art on your walls but you need some pops of color, at least one or two since the room is so dark! I suggest red, blue, or yellow, especially if you choose art with any of those colors in it.

I like keeping the black and white monochromatic theme going with the photo wall above the couch and a couple of soft white throws. I'm not sure I like the coat rack there, though, if it doesn't have to be. It throws off the lines of the room. And that lamp needs to move, maybe to where the coat rack is, because it is reflecting in the television screen.

Place some photo frame & art pieces on wall. Use candles and pendant or chandelier lights to create shiny look.

j, are you planning on staying with a back white schematic? or do you have a design or particular colors?
