Can I exchange the 24" I bought for 2 18" towel racks?

The return window has closed. The project is in another state and we ordered before bath was completed. Made some changes and the wall for the rack is smaller now. The 24" rck is still in original packaging, can I return for 2 18" towel racks from you? Please.
