The first picture is very similar to the look of my living room (thank you fellow Houzz people for sharing) Same ceiling and dark floors. The other pictures are my house current state. It’s a very large living room (over 500 sqft). Originally was planning to paint all walls white dove, trim for doors and windows in Thunder (Ben Moore) and ceiling trim in a brilliant white (forgot the name) and ceiling in a very light blue. The contractor strongly recommended sticking with the brilliant white for ALL trim and picking a different color for the walls. I decided on Revere Pewter for the walls. Now, I need a blue for the ceiling. Something very light and more grey than aqua. I don’t like taupe or beige and I’m not worried about it limiting future decorating ideas. I have been through so many paint chips it’s driving me nuts. Ones I like are sea salt, Palladian blue, boothbay gray, summer shower, April sky.
