What’s wrong with my tulips

Hi, not sure what’s wrong my tulips but some of my leaves looks really bad. They are curled and has spots/ holes. Some leaves are small and falls off as soon I touch them. I live in Worcester, MA. Any help or advice is much appreciated. Thanks
