Ideas needed: Egress basement window(s) for 1929 brick home

Hi Everyone,

I'll be installing an egress basement window and window well that faces the front yard and is directly in front of the driveway (see image below). You'll notice that the current aluminum window is quite wide. That's because this area of the basement used to be a garage, but was converted into a bonus room. The current window is about 18" x 92 1/2".

I plan on leveling the driveway, so there will be more daylight and streetside visibility of this window (approx 2 more feet of foundation will be exposed).

I'd like the new egress window to better match the home's exterior character, but don't have an unlimited budget to perfectly match the existing wood windows.

I was considering a black vinyl sliding window and egress well that's centered, with 2 picture frame windows on each side.

Would love to hear your recommendations. Thanks for any and all feedback!

Cheers,

Drew
