My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

LED vs Without LED Bulbs

What does the LED give you for the up-charge over the non led since it appears that both take the same bulb (E12 socket) and neither comes with bulbs per the info.

    If purchased without the LED bulbs, this fixture will come without any bulbs included. However, if you choose the "with LED bulbs" option, the fixture will arrive with LED bulbs included.
