My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Curious about the sq footage, # of bedrooms, general layout. Lovely looking home.

    Thank you for your interest gracelyn17. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single level with a great room style layout. (The kitchen, living and dining areas share an open, continuous space.) Total square footage, not including the three car garage is 3,924sf. Unfortunately, because this is a custom home, for privacy reasons, we are unable to share the floorplan.
