My initial thought is that there's too much going on. There are wood floors, then concrete floors, then a steel beam, then an MCM fireplace, a mirror wall etc. Also, half of the house seems to be very traditional (the lighting, the furniture choices) but the other half is midcentury modern.

Yep - those kitchen curtains have got to go. Put up white curtains like you have everywhere else.

It has the appearance of furnishings from Goodwill and not clean and tidy.. But of course that's just my initial impression. Sorry, but I would not spend any amount of money to stay in that space. In fact you couldn't pay me to stay in that space.

Looks like a lot of cast off stuff you put in a space to rent. That LR is the most uninviting space , the curtains are hideous and most people like to share a bed in the only bedroom.

If you post pics of a job you have done in the way of asking for critique then take what you get. I am not about to tell you this is beautiful and you will makes tons of money if that is not true.

One person's rude an hurtful is another person's straight talk. I, for one, relish Patricia's and (especially) Sophie's straight talk, particularly because it's buttressed by clearly deep knowledge.

Anyway, aside from those awful kitchen curtains, it comes off as a party pad. Which is fine if that's the clientele you're trying to attract. Me, being of somewhat advanced years and placid tastes, wouldn't be interested, but I can see college kids giving it a whirl.
