Office Playroom Ideas

We need some help designing this space... furniture... wall colors... etc. We would like this bonus room in our house to double as a home office and playroom for our 6-month-old son. Attached are some pictures to get a feel of the room.

Note: The dog crate will not be staying there but we may keep the desk if it will work with the rest of the room.

Please help!!!

Our Triangle Loungers are great seating in a kids area. And double as a nap bed too when tired from all the playing! It's a lounger that will grow with them from early childhood to young adult to seating in their dorm.

Kids come with toys that have lots of pieces. Instead of storing them in plastic bins, I suggest getting a dresser with multiple drawers. I would put legos in one drawer, art supplies in another, dinosaurs in the next, and so on. It's just more aesthetically pleasing this way imo.

Hard to say your style, but Chrislovesjulia has an amazing multi purpose room and they use drawers for their toys.

The drawers in the back are from Urban Outfitters, aren’t too expensive, and can also translate to an adult work space. I would just make sure they were mounted to the wall and get a great shag rug and small play table.
