In this image it shows the black and white pattern trimming across the top and I love that. It doesn't appear in the other photos this way so I also would like to know if I order it will it have that same black and white pattern edge across the top? Thank you!

The fabric on this one is cut randomly, so the pattern order in general always stays the same but what you receive from the top to the bottom might be different than what we have pictured. The shams may be different as well because of the random cutting. The quilts are exactly the same on both websites. Wayfair just white labels the products they sell.

As for the cotton vs poly blend, here is the breakdown:
