We apologize for the misunderstanding. All of the Rusty Birds products are rusted as they are intended to be used in an outdoors setting. If you don't care for the rusty finish a couple coats of a spray paint clear coat minimizes the flakiness. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Can I buy the spinner without the rust?

Yes, we can sell you a Ginkgo Spinner that hasn't been rusted. Were you wanting to purchase an additional Spinner or exchange a non-rusted Spinner for the one you have?

A couple of things to keep in mind when purchasing on of our non-rusted items:

-raw metal products can begin to rust during the shipping process.

-If the Spinner is going to be outside it would need a couple of coats of clear coat to keep it from rusting

-If the spinner has developed any rust during shipping it would need to be removed before applying the clear coat as it would continue to rust underneath the clear coat
