We are having a custom bookcase built. It is not installed yet. I am hoping it will be similar to picture below. And, drawing of bookcases is below as well.

I want library lights above where 3 circles are on drawing.

(32" wide opening on each side, and 45" opening in middle above TV.)

Can I do 8" library lights? or 18"? I love the Visual Comfort but they are so expensive.

So, Could I use the hinged light? Pictures below.

Any other ideas welcome!
