So I've remodeled my kitchen myself from top to bottom. It's been a NIGHTMARE! BTW and not suggested for the weak of heart. It comes to this, it's time for a range hood. I'm going stainless with carbon filters because it will not be vented, I haven't the space. Where the stove is located I only have a seven foot ceiling. The triangular is cool but may look pretty heavy hunkered there so I'm thinking of the more contemporary flat design but would it be a dust catcher?
