For those of you along the Front Range, I hope you're enjoying this wonderful rain as much as I am - other than the fact we're in the middle of getting the exterior of our house painted and they had to stop on Monday - dang it. We've received around 2" at our house since as of 7:00am today (since Monday night). I know there's been some small hail around the area within embedded storms, but at least there's been nothing severe [yet] [knock on wood]. With the upcoming weather forecast calling for 70s basically for the next 10 days after today, everything should be in ultra go-mode by this time next week. They're saying maybe mid-30s tonight, but that shouldn't hurt anything.

The rest of the month looks pretty good, too, with highs mostly 70s and 80s and lows well above freeze/frost level, though I don't put much faith in anything further out than about a week or so. Still, it's nice to see there is nothing even remotely close to frost in the foreseeable future. Of course, I'm old enough to know better and, despite longer stretches of gorgeous weather predicted, still won't plant anything until the last week of May.
