Put the love seat in front of the window. Place the sofa on the wall across from the TV. But a leather recliner (darker tone) and place it where the sofa is.

Maybe you can put the television on the wall. It will make your space look bigger.

I would love to be able to put the sofa across from the tv, but its open on one side and the other side is a walkway so that wouldn't work. Its an oddly shaped long room. And the other room is our dining/kitchen room. Our home is a typical split level home layout.
