My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the countertop material and is it 2cm. If so is there sub surface for the countertop.

    It's 3/4" Richlite, no subsurface--I put it directly over a metal frame that cantilevers out from the cabinets below.
