My basement shrubberies

Broke my hand a few weeks back and limited to watering and fertilizing my trees. But counting citrus blessings tonight.

Have 19 citrus, 16 plumeria and 2 tomato plants, and all are decently happy.

And I did get to meet Sammers last weekend who is just as kind and lovely as she seems.

And my basement is a little piece of paradise that I hope to share with you.

Great work. Hope your hand does well. In the breaking of your bones was it an accident from an external source or did you have a hand in it.

Oh no! I hope your hand heals quickly. What a PITA. :-(

Your indoor garden looks gorgeous and I know you can't wait till those plumies bloom (looks like one is already doing so)! I finally moved my one into its summer spot in the sun after repotting and letting it adjust a bit to outdoors.

Sending prayers for your hand to heal soon, Nancy. Your plants look so green and lush. You must really get a lot of enjoyment puttering around that lovely, tropical paradise. How wonderful that you and Sammers met up! Hope she is doing well.

Your plants still look gorgeous indoors even now when most of us are putting our plants outside. So nice to hear you two have connected in person!

Steve- had what I thought was a freak accident with my 110# dog but apparently it's common. Wrapped leash around my hand and fingers, and she lunged down a 30 foot cliff. The tightened leash broke bones in hand and fingers and led to surgery. Love my doggies.
