My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gjcore & Denise, thanks for hosting the swap! You were lovely and gracious hosts Thanks everyone for the delicious food, and the lovely plants. Skybird, I had to go against your express instructors and plant everything right away, as I’m headed to Hong Kong for ten days. We are turning on our sprinkler system and hoping for the best. I planted my invasivs along the creek bed where they’ll have to compete with the grass. I’m super excited to see everything bloom. In the meantime, some current blooms at my place:
