How are the glass panels fastened to the posts?

We are thinking of a staircase with glass in fill and would love to use this clean approach rather than the 2" square class clamp type fasteners. Love to know how you achieved this and if it is still possible to replace the glass panes if one gets broken. Thanks so much, Matt
